We have always encouraged our clients to submit their accounts online, which is one of the reasons why we love the FreeAgent software so much.
In 2021 we're taking this one step further and we are now 100% paperless. All paperwork can be submitted electronically, so we will no longer be accepting any physical documents.

Of course, accounts often contain sensitive and confidential information, which is why we have a completely safe and secure Client Portal through which all of this can be submitted.
